Participants develop and practice skills needed to find suitable employment and develop essential skills for the workplace. These essential skills are taught and opportunities to role play these skills allow participants to practice them in a comfortable environment.

- Conducting a job search
- Preparing for an interview
- Telephone and technology etiquette
- Workplace etiquette
